Question 2. What are the Challenges of this company and how we could solve them in this position?
This question not only shows that you are immediately thinking about how you can help the team it also encourages the interviewer to envision you working at the position. The candidate makes it clear in the job interview that they are ready to be professional and also that they have the capacity for teamwork.
Question 3. Do you have any questions about any aspects of my qualifications?
Be careful with this question as it could be considered gutsy! You’ll show that you’re confident in your skills and abilities. It is a sign of security in yourself. Trusting your professional career and above all what you can do within a business environment. Also the candidate can solve any doubts regarding their C.V.
Question 4. Do you offer continuing education and professional training?
This is a great positioning question, showing that you are interested in expanding your knowledge and ultimately growing. All this is based on optimizing and using the information to the company that will hire you with this interview
Question 5. Can you tell me about the team I’ll be working with?
Notice how the question is phrased; it assumes you will get the job. This question also tells you about the people you will interact with on a daily basis, so listen to the answer closely.
Question 6. What can you tell me about your new products or plans for growth?
By asking this in a job interview it will show the interviewer great interest as it show that the candidate is seeking to engage within the project and is actively showing an interest in having ideas for the expansion of the company. Asking this question shows pro-activity on the candidate’s part, something which is never amiss in any job role.
Question 7. What is the next step of the process?
A cautionary question but necessary nonetheless, one must be careful not to sound too self-confident or even arrogant. Instead, ask the question as a curiosity, and show genuine desire to understand the next stage of the process so that you can better prepare yourself!
